Sentinel Design System
Instead of drawing components manually, I led an AI-driven workflow (UI Generator, Design Critique, and Persona Agents) to specify 268 semantic tokens. Calibrated for deuteranopia and colorblind accessibility, the system powers 500+ workstations with zero visual drift.

SMB sales reps were losing time jumping between tools mid-sale. I redesigned the Salesforce workflow around the 20% of tasks that drove 80% of daily selling.
Prudential Life Insurance
Brazil's sales platform was a straight port of the U.S. legacy system, and inconsistent partner journeys caused 15% of losses. Paired with another senior designer on UX research with advisors and wholesalers, then owned the electronic proposal end to end.

Braskem's team lacked a structured way to turn SME knowledge into practical training. As Design Lead, I adapted a 4-phase Design Thinking framework and piloted it until their team could run it independently.

AI Orchestration
How I use AI agents to organize and distribute work across multiple systems.
Claude-organized kanban for Sentinel Governance. The AI artifact distributes tasks between Devin and Claude Code, tracks contract dependencies, and keeps the two agents in sync through a versioned sync doc.
Claude and Devin split the work by what each one is actually good at, not by who asks. Claude takes the calls that need judgment and ships roughly half of what's in that Done column itself - this isn't just Claude telling Devin what to do. Devin takes the mechanical stuff. Neither of us touches the board to keep it in sync anymore, and I still review everything before it ships.
It's the same model behind the 5-agent debate pipelines I run in production. Real time back in my week, not less clicking.
